Many PTA’s believe they cannot be involved in politics if they are a 501(c)(3). Nothing could be further from the truth. How will you advocate if you do not get involved? But there are rules that must be followed. Here is a checklist published by National PTA in cooperation with Non-Profit VOTE.

Remember, PTA's mission is to make every child’s potential a reality by engaging and empowering families and communities to advocate for all children. Every vote counts and PTA is the voice for ALL children. Every Child. One Voice. Please register to vote now. Your vote can make a difference in a child's life.
