Local Advocacy

Many PTA’s believe they cannot be involved in politics if they are a 501(c)(3). Nothing could be further from the truth. How will you advocate if you do not get involved? But there are rules that must be followed. Here is a checklist published by National PTA in cooperation with Non-Profit VOTE.
