Foster Families & Kinship
Foster Forward has an actual storefront located in the Providence/Pawtucket area for foster families in need of emergency/basic needs supplies including diapers, wipes, clothing, small appliances, household items, games, toys, etc. Inventory is based upon donations received. The Village is an organization supporting foster and kinship care families throughout RI. They are known to provide emergency resources to families that have unexpectedly taken in foster children and they also run an online support group for new and established foster families, which can be found on their Facebook page RI Village for Foster & Adoptive Families. Currently The Village has received grant funds that have been made available to foster/adoptive families affected by COVID-19 in amounts up to $200.00. This is a partnership of the United States Marine Corps, volunteers, and countless charities. A referral-based clothing bank for school-aged children K-12 (or working towards GED) in need of clothing for school. They have a storefront as well and serve all of Providence County (Burrillville, Central Falls, Cranston, Cumberland, East Providence, Foster, Glocester, Johnston, Lincoln, North Providence, North Smithfield, Pawtucket, Providence, Scituate, Smithfield, and Woonsocket).

Tri-County Community Action Agency (partnering with Project Undercover): Diapers and undergarments are available at the 11 Emanuel Street, North providence location. For more information on diaper assistance, or if you are in need of supplies, please contact us at 401-351-2750, x1960.
As far as diaper assistance/delivery through Medicaid, I believe any medical supply company that carries incontinence products will deliver. But the most well-known provider (that I know of) is Sensational Child, located at 650 Ten Rod Rd, North Kingstown, RI 02852. Phone number is (401) 667-2797.
Rent Relief RI. They will be open for applications on March 30th. Families can sign up to receive notifications as to the exact date they will be able to apply. This program will pay for 12 months of assistance and can be retro back to April 20, 2020. There is also a stipulation that assistance can possibly be obtained for an additional 3 months.
